Running away from an acromantula was a crazy, terrible task when running was no longer possible. As soon as the assignment was given, Mo did a double take and a deep internal groan that would NOT be welcomed out loud. But the groaning was necessary because Mo just ACHED today, and there was the professor asking them to run.

He tried running. He really did try, but mostly it was hop-hobbling, ending when he spotted the Acromantula and made the decision that he was gonna have to distract it instead of simply running away. Distract... with a Transfiguration spell.

Um. UM UM UM. "Ducklifors!" Mo pointed his wand at the spider and shouted the FIRST spell that came to mind. And... turned the spider into a very cranky duck, wobbling after him on eight webbed feet. Okay, that hadn't gone as he'd intended. Mo screamed in frustration and redoubled his efforts to make it to the ravine on time. He was SO slow.
