Then she asked what wasn't fair...as if it wasn't obvious. Lex shook her head slowly, trying to dislodge the idea and convince herself she hadn't walked in on what she thought she'd walked in on. Disillusioning it didn't make her unsee it and she found herself with the same questions as everyone else. WAS she trying to tell them something? And she was just as curious as Nigel was about the WHO that might have been inside. All the questions and the Professor was asking questions of her own.

"They said we weren't going to die, they promised and now I walk in on coffins and it's just not fair I haven't done anything remarkably epic with me life before I found myself presented with one of those and I just can't accept this dying thing at this point in time because the world's too big and I've been stuck here for the past five years instead of out living and I'd rather not die before I get out there."

THAT'S what wasn't fair, it wasn't fair at all and the Gryffindor was sufficiently put off of her food she'd brought to class. Lex trudged over to a seat and threw herself in it, shoving the food to the corner of her desk. So much for stuffing her face.

Despite the coffin being 'gone' she couldn't take her eyes off the desk. This was like having dementors flying around all over again.
