This place was beyond hope, yes, he'd gotten that but he never thought things would come to this. Wasting valuable work time trying to get wildlife out of their work space. It was clear what had been hiding in his Office now but he would have been happier with it making little noises every now and then and staying there, not causing a hindrance to the Minister and thus to the entire Department.
Then there was all the extra time Gavin was forced to spend across town getting nets and cages from Creature Control. Something about animal rights, he wasn't really listening.
No harm would come to the bloody creature so long as it left peacefully.
Gavin made his way to the room, having everything they would need floating behind him but stopped a few steps short at the sight of Mr. Lee with his wand out. "That won't be necessary Mr. Lee." He said, announcing his presence and closing the gap between them with the last few steps. "The lighting in here isn't the best and I would hate for any of us to miss and hit a wall." These weren't magically reinenforced....were they getting the picture?
He would stick with his employees through several things. A collapsing building was NOT one of them. Ahem.
"Thanks for being so prompt. Have either of you seen any others coming?" Or should they just begin without them? This shouldn't be an all day event. There was work to be done.
