She wasn't all that hungry, but took another piece just so Dora would eat something. Nourishment and all.
"I promised you three." And Alice kept promises no matter what. Her best would get three dances if both her legs were broken, and that was that. If she didn't want to at the current moment in time, she could wait until the band went back on. Whatever Dora wanted.
