Hannah was sounding a bit like she wanted to find the guilty party and lynch them. Cutty could get behind that. Even if there were no guilty party to speak of. It wasn't too hard to produce a scapegoat. And, since the older ~~much, MUCH, older~~ Slytherin girl looked to be eying the Puffs, maybe Cutty could just tell them all it was Fern Quimbley.

She seemed suspiciously unaffected by all this.
