Thirteen eh? Lex took a moment to try remembering what a sugar rush was like for her at Thirteen. Even then she didn't go around without clothes on. Candy usually made her hyper, not regrettably unaware or anything. Most it got her was fast talking, sharp shooting and the inability to sit still...like at ALL. She was practically bouncing off the walls once.
"Breaking things is almost a given with a sugar rush. Sometimes I go a lot faster than my eyes are seeing and I run right into things. Can't tell you how many things I've broken but Daddy's not fussed. He just....waves a wand and they're fixed. It's nothing big." She said with a casual shrug. Though she was at the point where she wished she could wave her own wand during the breaks. What was the point of learning if she couldn't use it? "There was a point where he wanted to ban me from candy completely, said I was out of hand. Think I might have been 10? Yeah and I cried for a whole day." Sometimes you had to force tears to get what you wanted. The Gryffindor was never above doing that. Except, not now but when she was younger. Now she found other ways of getting what she wanted.
Aw man, his memory really was getting shoddy. Actually leaving candy at home. She didn't think that was possible. Any and all candy she bought automatically went into her candy bag because she took it everywhere she went. "You should see the Healer. You know things are bad when you start forgetting candy." And there he went again with thinking they were for her. "Trust me. They're mine." Didn't she just say this? Jun needed to have a little faith.
"See? For you it's no big deal breaking things. But when almost all members of your family are muggles, things don't get fixed so easily," And that's why Jun wished the next year would come quickly so he can be seventeen already. But now he found out he had a cousin who was a wizard too. Jun had too many cousins to begin with. Some needed to go. Like pan-faced cousin Andy. He was the first one who would be thrown off the boat. She cried?
LEX cried? Maybe not something Jun would've pictured so far. But sure it was possible especially if candy, mainly chocolate was involved. Still, he let out a snort.
"Did you really cry for a day? You could've just eaten candy whenever your dad wasn't around. Or thrown some at him for being dumb," Maybe that would work? Then again her dad might keep those candies from her. So no.
Jun laughed and shook his head.
"I'll just tell my brother to send it all. And I'm sure I forgot some for another friend of mine. And maybe a gift I bought?" He shrugged. Wow, his memory was just a mess now. Stupid aging thing that was going around. They needed to fix them already. Grin.
I'm a hundred percent positive they're yours. I don't know anyone who likes chocolate that much for me to buy five bags of it," And thankfully Korean money wasn't so higher in value when buying things. He actually saved a lot of money buying all the candy he could.
