"My pleasure." He said, tossing her a wink while taking another sip of his coffee. Oliver's gaze swept over the room once more noting all the disgruntled looks on his fellow employees and shook his head.

The place wasn't THAT bad.

He definitely had had enough of this standing around waiting for the rest of the paint to peel off the wall. Grabbing some sort of doughnut from the bag, not bothering to see what it was before taking a big bite out of it, he swallowed and put the rest of it down on a spare piece of parchment on the table. Certainly didn't trust putting anything directly on the surface. Cleaning charms aside, this place was a bit of a fixer upper and then some.

"Alright. Let's keep this brief and to the point. Skipping introductions aside, we have a massive task ahead of us this year. At risk of stating the obvious, we currently have no way to get into the Ministry and I can tell by the looks on most of your faces that our current accommodations are less than satisfactory," he began as he gave the armoury a sweeping motion with his right hand. "The first thing we need to do for ourselves is fix clean and organize this space into an acceptable work space. Cleaning, repairs.... there is quite a bit to take care of. The silver lining is that we do have a lot of space to work with." It was a start if nothing else. At least they didn't need to add expansion charms to the list of things needed to get done. "All housekeeping aside, we need to figure out a means of getting back into the Ministry. That is our primary focus and I expect all divisions to come up with some ideas for us to try. Any suggestions you have right now, I'm all ears. We also have to make sure that each department's new location remains hidden from muggle eyes. This will mean regular patrols around the areas and inspections of the facilities to ensure all concealing and repelling charms are holding. Two departments, International Cooperation and Environmental, will not have either of this enchantments in place, but I still expect a weekly report on my desk regarding their activities. We're got or work cut out for us here, but I expect you all to work quickly and efficiently."

He paused to glance down at his half eaten pastry, contemplated popping the rest of it in his mouth, but decided against it and instead directed his attention towards Oliver. "Oliver, I need you to assist me in running a Ministry wide training on muggle evasion and statute violation prevention. I expect you all to participate and show those other departments how its done. Set the bar high. This is not the time to accept mediocre performance from anyone." Even if there was the quick fix of just obliviating any witnesses. He would personally prefer that they avoid such a situation entirely.

OOC: if you are just joining us now it would be in your character's best interest to pretend they have been here all along. Arriving late will result in IC consequences
Oliver was just taking a another sip of his coffee when he heard his name being spoken by the boss man. "No problems at all. Just let me know where and when you need me."

Hmm, should he have another doughnut? He'd already had two, but taking muggle transportation did work up an appetite. He leaned forward and picked up another one. "Have you considered asking Gringotts if we can borrow a couple of Cursebreakers? They usually know how to get into places."

He then began nomming on his doughnut.
