Sander sat up when it seemed the class was beginning. He squinted to see what Professor McCormack was showing them. It looked like stones with weird carvings on them. But not being able to see what they were, Sander got up from his seat and slowly walked up where the objects lay and studied them when it was his turn to do so.

To him the engravings on the objects looked like hieroglyphics. He had seen something like that once when his parents took him to the National Museum of History back home.

Raising his hand, Sander decided to hazard a guess.

"Professor are those engravings, hieroglyphics? I think I recognize the symbol for the sun and water on one of them. Did you get them from Egypt?"
