The actual entrance to the building is hidden behind overgrown vegetation and fallen pieces of roofing planks, but if one were to give the roofing planks a tap with their wand three times, a proper entrance would reveal itself to the wielder. However, even once you have stepped inside it is not apparent that you are actually in a building because of all the rubble, plant growth, and cracks in the foundation and walls. To your right as you enter is a wall whose paint is chipping away save for the graffiti of human eyes that almost seem to follow you as you move. Beside them is a door to the Regulation Office has been turned into the reception area for the building. The chairs that are available to sit in are torn and uncomfortable, to probably best to not sit in them at all.

Visitors MUST check in and get a pass before heading further into the abandoned building turned Department of Accidents and Catastrophes.
