In through the nose and out with the mouth. Or was it in with the mouth and out with the nose? Either way, the astronomer was slowly calming his breathing, which also helped his body relax just a little which also helped with the pain. He had been lying to himself earlier, this was much worse then his initial injury back the he was an Astronaut Candidate.

"No thank you, Miss Carrington," he replied. "N-no eating or drinking in my classroom. But I appreciate the thought." Although there had been a few exceptions to this rule such as the levitating jawbreakers from last term.

He gave the man salute and turned saluting the headmistress as well before leaving the class.

Sweet free time.. Now what shall he get into!
Airey chuckled - which HURT to do by the way. He hadn't know that the young Gryffindor was a fan. He gave the boy a small wave as he left.

Ah yes, magnesium sulphate. He had been told about this home remedy for pain by his mother before. With no scientific evidence to back up the claim, he was skeptical to try it. Seemed to be one of those 'if you believe it will help you then it will' sorts of cases. Which was completely illogical to the man. Still, he gave the Hufflepuff a nod. "Thank you, I'll keep it in mind."

Which he would....with a grain of salt. Oh oh oh he amused himself with his thoughts.

And then she waited by the door, for Alec and for Tobias cause concerned badger was concerned.
Oh Miss Ella. Sweet sweet Miss Ella. Airey smiled at the Head Girl. "I'll let you know," he said with a feeble salute. As much of a salute as he could muster since the movement caused his back to hurt.

He slooooowly inclined his head towards the second year. Yes, thank you for the well wishes.

"Sorry about your back Sir. I hope you feel better. Have a good night Headmistress, don't forget his fish." Most. Disappointing class. EVER. Even more so considering she hadn't been able to answer a single question. This class was a waste on her part. She contributed nothing but threats to the man's fish.
MISS CAMBRIDGE!

Airey was touched that she remembered Tiberius over in there beside his desk. Poor bloke was just swimming along and probably beside his fishy self with the feeling of helplessness that came without having opposable thumbs.

"Thank you, Miss Cambridge," he smiled - all squirmy feelings put to the side for the time being.

And, honestly, we promise you will get to blow something up at some point this term.

Would've been better if they were able to finish everything and maybe even have an activity about the Big Bang. "And get better soon, yeah? You still have to teach me how to talk to fish." Because that was also important, just saying.

With that said, Astrid gave the man and the Headmistress one last smile and turned around to leave. AT LAST. She could sleep alllll niiiiight loooooooong.
Students really needed to stop saying such amusing things. There was no teaching necessary to speak with Tiberius. You just spoke to him as you would anyone else. Silly Slytherin.

"StoOUCHp my my office sometime and we c-cAn arrange that," he whispered back.

He spoke loudly, trying to figure out what was going in. DOES THIS MEAN IT'S TIME TO GO?
Before he could reply to the boy, Mr. Summers handled the situation. Good. Stellar. He nodded towards Mr. Tinker just to confirm what the Head Boy had said - which had been a confirmation of what the professor and Headmistress had said.

"How thoughtful of you, Miss Evans," he smiled at the Ravenclaw. She did seem to have a fascination for Tiberius. Who wouldn't though? The bloke was a fascinating person. Returning Captain to his office would be the best solution, but no one except for him knew the proper charms to unlock it.

Well, Medea also knew since she was the one who had put up the more hard hitting anti theft and defensive spellwork.

And whoever it was who had broken into his office and stolen his tie. He still missed that tie. Maybe he should put those missing posters back up again.

"Do you mind helping transporting him to the hospital wing?" At least he assumed that is where he would be heading next. Surely the Headmistress wasn't going to nurse him back to health in her office.

The two got small smiles from the eighteen year old before he moved over towards his desk to pack away his items. They were going to get homework on what they had learnt today? Really, thinking back, all Alec could remember was the egg smashing and Flamsteed breaking his back.
Smiling at the Head Boy, the professor took a deep breath before speaking again. "Thank you, Mr. Summers and well done today." Hopefully the boy understood what he was getting at. He was planning on informing Professor Hadley about just how stellar an example the boy had been.

"Thank you, Mr. Radley," he nodded towards the sixth year as he departed. For his well wishes and helping keep a watchful eye on Tiberius.

Ah yes, quidditch injuries. He had suffered his fair share of those over the years. He appreciated her positive words though, even if they implied that he was being a bit of a sissypants. "I've suffered worse," he winced. Or, well, so he was trying to tell himself. At least there was no emotional attachment with this injury. "This is just my centrifuge training induced injury flaring up I'm sure."

Oh, his wand was still there on the ground.

"Miss Hedge, would you mind fetching my wand for me?" So it could stop taunting him.

Mr. Lecium received a smile before the boy left the classroom. Thank you for your well wishes young man.

This seemed like one of those times.

So he didn't say anything. He just slung his bag over his shoulder and hurried out the door, trying to give Ella and Alec (who were like right there) a confident smile as he did. But he sort of failed, and he felt his lower lip threaten to tremble, so Toby just bowed his head again and left and tried to make it back to his dormitory as quickly as his body would take him.
And a small smile was also directed towards you, Mr. Tempus. If he had a bit more pep left in him right now he would have attempted singing his own rendition of 'Don't Cry for me Argentina' since the Hufflepuff looked so choked up over the whole incident.

Don't cry for me..........Mr. TEEEEEEEEEEEEMPUUUUUUUS!

This white hair talk meant that she had to make a stop in the library... This was all very strange.
"I hope so too, Miss Edwards," he said in reply to the Gryffindor before she left the classroom.

"Thank you, Miss Greenwell," he nodded towards the young woman.

Things couldn't get any worse, right?

So yes he had heard all the moaning and groaning from Blondo. Saw the students rush out to retrieve the Healer, then saw Anastasia rush in. Not yet, he needed to wait for the class to clear out before he can go in for the Fish.

But no, all the weak wailing that Blondo was making had gotten to his ears and softened his heart. "Headmistress, I heard the whimpish....the uhhhh I heard Flamsteed crying...in pain." his eyes were focused more on the Bass as he said this. "Anything needed of me while I'm up here? ABORT ABORT ABORT!

WRONG! SO WRONG! OH SO VERY VERY WRONG.

So what if the man had a moderately low tolerance for pain. That was allowed! Better that then smelling like a troll that had bathed in honey and looking like one.

Airey looked back to the Headmistress and then back to the Groundskeeper. Probably didn't matter whatever he said, but one thing was for sure was that he did not want that man's hands all over his suit.

She grinned apologetically at the man then headed out the door and down the corridor.
..............He was not 40 YET thank you very much. Still had a few years before that (4 come December actually).

"You are dismissed, Miss Newell," he reminded her gently before she left. Did he look 40? He had always been told that he looked younger than his age. Or maybe it had been that he acted younger than his age....
