When Professor Flamsteed whispered to her, Vesper was almost positive she was in trouble. It was hard to remember at times that Professors didn't like it when you zoned out in their lessons...but Ves hadn't really zoned out. She was paying attention...as her drawing captivated the scene before her.

She wasn't being scolded, though...and without thinking too much about it, the Ravenclaw beamed up at the man. He was really nice not to shout at her...

...but they were moving on in the lesson, again. More information was being shared...and Vesper paused in her sketching (that was almost completed) to jot a few things down. See? Effort. She was most definitely putting it forward...no matter how hard it was to stay focused. That had to count for something.

Recombination. That was important. The Professor had made a point to say so...So, she paused, repeating the word to herself a few times. She assumed it would be like watching the egg busting in reverse, maybe? Like...it shattered apart...but then would come back together if someone was to have recorded it with a camera and rewinded it slowly. Okay, so she really didn't know...

When they were told they could search their textbooks for the next answer, Ves went ahead and looked. It was easy to get answers from a book...Much easier than just knowing them off of the top of ones head. She approved of this method...in this situation...Astronomy wasn't easy, okay? She needed all the help she could get.

"It's supposedly the object that marks the outermost edge of our galaxy?" Wait...Was she reading that wrong? "...Oh, it was thought to be the first galaxy?...and will teach us more about deeper, outer space." Yep, and that terrifying Hufflepuff chaser-person was getting a look. Ves didn't know why she was so annoyed with him.....Nor why she was so super annoyed with everyone, lately. "Yes, it's meant to teach us many important things about deep space."
