His suggestions weren't exactly gruesome, were they?
Oh good, they liked the flag. And that WAS a toy broom. Awesome! A tad on the small side, sure, but definitely better than nothing. A Quidditch shoot without brooms was...well, not Quidditchy? Especially in the absence of the balls too. He stood up from the props box, and stretched as he headed back to the others.
Benjy flicked his hair for show, with a chuckle. "Nah, I'll helmet it up. Can't have the Captain over-protected. It'll make you look vulnerable, helmet AND goggles no where near the pitch." And you never made your team leader look vulnerable. Even if this was only a photo shoot for fun. And with that, he ran a hand through his hair to pull it back from his face, and then pulled the helmet on over the top. "There," he said with a grin, and tufts of hair sticking out at random angles out the sides and back.
Jumping over their bench, Benjy grabbed the flag. "I can do menacing," he replied to Mo, as he unfurled the flag and held it up to the girls. "So, straight? At an angle?" Help? It'd be neither if they left him to it...

Except Cat, 'cause she was kitten-sized. "Okay, we're all set here. I'm just going to turn the timer, and you three get into position..." Mo slid on the goggles and one of the jerseys as he waited for everyone else to get situated, and then he pushed the button and scurried into place.
The shutter closed several times in a row, and only then did Mo realize his hair had to be a MESS. Why hadn't his stylists fixed him? "Don't smiiiiiiiiiile," Mo said in that 'say cheese' voice he hated, and he tried to affect one of those Quidditch player man-of-steel faces instead.
Did they look awesome? "Any other poses we want to try, 'cause we have a minute before we go into the tent and develop all our photos."
Gruesome story? Astrid blinked. She didn't really get the point of why they needed to have a gruesome back-story so that Cat's broken arm was there for a reason. I mean, it was just a photoshoot right? Perhaps it would understandable that it was a Quidditch injury or something. Maybe they might just overlook it, but nah. That didn't seem likely. But anyway, they were supposed to like start the photoshoot now, yeah? They had the brooms, helmets, and jerseys.
Right. Astrid took a jersey and put it on. Yep, she had the Quidditch feel now, didn't she? And the flags too, they added to the atmosphere. "
I feel like a Quidditch star." How random, but yes. She really felt like one, especially since they had to have a photoshoot and all that while wearing these gear. She tried to imagine like this was a photoshoot for the cover of a famous international Quidditch magazine so that she could have the feel of being a model.
OH, and the timer was starting. Yes, yes. That was the cue. Astrid looked at the camera and no smiling. Yep. Gotta do that "lazy model" pose that they had planned on earlier. And.... SNAP! Yes! First photo done. Guess they had a few more minutes to take a couple more shots because she totally heard Miss Courwell calling them or something. Gotta hurry up.
Other poses? Hmm. "
What about you and Benjy do the back-to-back pose and cross your arms? Like real bros?" Astrid said. Because, why not? Anyway, they were going to be future Quidditch superstars and their names will be on the front cover of
Quidditch Weekly one day. Can you see it? Because Astrid could.
