Theo shrugged, which hurt a little, but he was a brave soldier. "I won't get ill." Not from working out anyway. His body and abs were used to it."I pull muscles all the time, no biggie." And yes, he was kind of making a big deal out it all, but hey, Theo was a drama queen. He zoned out a bit when Terry and West discussed things. Something about advice giving. West really was the best advice giver. Especially about girls. Theo would know.
