Oh! She wanted to know? Michael hadn't been expecting that and he felt his face flush a little. It was one thing to practice with Rhodes because she didn't really care, but Emma was a nice girl. "You're too young to know." He teased. He had no idea what else to say because he wasn't sure how she would react. He hadn't figured girls out yet.
Michael glanced at her when she managed to catch up to him. "You realise I am merely jogging here." And she was practically at a full sprint.
"Oh Merlin's pants!" Emma scoffed, giving him a look. He was so full of himself. But funny too, and she liked having someone to have friendly arguments with.
"Too young? You're the same age!" She giggled, sticking her tongue back out.
Pfffft. He was so cute when he blushed. Of course, she wasn't going to tell him that.
As she began closing in on him he tossed another snide comment at her.
"Merely jogging, eh? Then I guess you'd better start sprinting!" She laughed, pushing herself harder until she was finally striding just a little ahead of him.
Now, she just had to pray she could keep it that way.
