Poor Mo was all alone too. She was sure he didn't want to be in her group. There were plenty of older cooler people who would probably invite Mo to work with them but she caught his eye and waved a little as if to say 'you can work with us if you want.'
Just in case. She didn't want to be leaving anybody behind.
Aww... it was sort of charming that the little first year was making eyes at him, and Mo grinned as he scooted over to sit beside her. Ravenclaw... Gwen. Tried out for Quidditch, and she was fast too.
So basically she was one of his favorites now.
