Cutty glanced up to see Tempus doing this sort of flailing thing. Only it didn't look like flailing on his more strongly built bod. The Slytherin kept his thoughts to himself and sighed, trying to clear his mind.

And wasn't this one an interesting one as well? Lizzie smiled over at the little Slytherin. "I don't think I saw it that way before you said it just now. Good point. I like the way you think." As abstract as it happened to be.
The enthusiastic one!!!
Lizzie watched him continue to exude that air of enthusiasm even as he waved about. She chuckled at his response. Kid was endearing if nothing else. "Yes, yes we could." As illegal as it might end up being if they were still going off the basis of using magic to do so.
"Very good." And a snapshot of him.

A smiles investment? He did one back. Smiles for smiles if you were a complete stranger and totally knew stuff Cutty wanted to know. He was glad this one could follow his thinking and there was no condescending or dismissive wave.
Aaand, Cutty wanted that picture. How much, he wondered, would Miss Courwell be willing to accept for it. These were his second year memories here! Or that's what he would say when he got a moment to ask for the picture without attracting too much attention

Or else he wouldn't mind volunteering. And Kace too was looking for a partner, wasn't he? "Kace! You wanna join us?''
While he was awaiting replies, he heard someone say his name. Turning he saw Sander. Er... "Sorry,'' the second year said. "Already got partners. Thanks though.''
And then there was Aditya.
Building a hoard looking for a partner...a ton of partners. He watched as Adi turned down an offer and found it interesting. H'mm...was there such a thing as Hufflepuff elitism? For whatever reason, Cutty had made Adi's cut, if there was. Also, a larger group would allow for more observation as he had only had brief encounters with Rehman.

What they would be doing for the practical portion of the unofficial lesson. Not that talking moving pictures was a thought that didn't come naturally given the subject of the seminar and the set-up of the room.
When they were asked to get into groups, Ben wondered just who he could work with. Though he didn't have to wonder very long for Adi called his name getting his attention. "Sure...why not," he answered, not minding to be paired up with his friend. Nor the other two boys tentatively brought into the mix. One less thing he needed to be concerned about finding and it should be fun.
And then this guy was Benny. His name reminded Cutty of his best-mate who sort of just disappeared on him. And he NEEDED him! He needed his logical Ravenclaw brain to figure stuff out. So. Bad. ;___;
The thoughts had passed and Cutty reached out a hand to the Gryffindor boy, "
Cutty Mordaunt, second year. And you?" Not shy at all, this one.
