Sander's face lit up and the widest smile appeared on his tanned face when he saw Tessa enter the classroom. He wanted to wave to her to catch her attention but he realized that he didn't have to because she had already seen him. As she walked towards him, his heart began to beat rapidly and his tummy did it's regular routine of somersaults. He was so familiar with that feeling now that all he did was smile.

As he looked at Tessa approaching he belatedly realized that his body was adjusting to make room for her on his bean bag. He quickly caught himself. Then she was sitting down next to him and he felt like everything was back in place.

"Excited?" Sander's voice squeaked out the answer. He immediately blushed, cleared his throat and tried replying again, this time the pitch of his voice lowered.

"Excited. Yes definitely. Remember those photos I showed you of the lake and the woods where I lived. I took those. I know it's nothing compared to those up there but I love taking photographs. What about you?" he asked her in return.
