Okay....okay, Lex still had very little idea what anyone was going on about but then there was talk of...fire breathing? OHHHHHH!! This class was starting to make sense again and this was just the way she liked it. The girl looked around the room. She didn't have any salamanders on her desk...no blood..empty desk.

Alexa raised her hands, now able to proper answer to the question being asked.

"I think it's simple Professor. It was invented to scare the living daylight out of children who won't otherwise listen when you talk. Either that or invented to entertain people while you sent in secret service peeps to storm whatever reserves they have and raid it for everything's it's worth before torching their cities with actual fire and returning home with the spoils of a war they unfairly won."
