The first thing that caught Lourdes' attention was the odd smell. At first, she didn't really mind but the awful stench grew stronger as she passed by the offices of her employees. What were they up to this time? She checked on the Gobstones Office, the Patents Office, and then the League Headquarters. Her eyes widened when she saw the mess. What... happened?
She looked at her two employees who were in the office, Ellis and Victoria. "As far as I could remember, this place wasn't messed up yesterday," Lourdes said. Well, she knew that both of them had nothing to do with all of this basing from their reactions. "Do any of you know what happened?"
Deep inside, the department head was panicking. And those... were the lost patents records! What were they doing here in the Quidditch League office? Oh no, they were ruined and wet. No way they could replace those important files! But... eh, she wasn't going to touch them. Lourdes took her wand out and sent non-verbal Scourgify and Tergeo charms.
Or if someone wanted to call the maintenance employees, that'd be nice too.
