Jayden slid into the break room. What was with the yelling?! Especially about mutants? That was odd.

He blinked several times before spotting what looked like a rat.

He was about to ask what it was, but Cale already answered that. It was a mutant. Now... what was he supposed to do with it?

He withdrew his wand and just watched it. ... he strangely enough didn't want to hurt it. No matter how weird it looked.
