| Talikins|Huffledor|Purple|Ted Velvet| |Lochnessie|Redhead|Bladger|⅓ Ferocious Trio There she was, the second intern. Erica gave her a warm smile along with a greeting. "Lovely to meet you, Alice." She didn't mind the first name, right? "Lovely to meet you both, in fact." Her head turned slightly to face West again. She had heard they were both quidditch captains and it pleased her quite a lot that they actually had a passion in the sport. It was much easier to sell and work with something you loved.
But to the important stuff. "I'm Erica, your shopkeeper for the time being. I am very excited to have you both here and I hope you enjoy your stay." She then handed them each an identical piece of parchment. "Those are small welcome letters along with what tasks you have to do. It's nothing too difficult and I trust you both to cope quite well." If not they could always speak to her and she'd find something easier.
She gave them a few moments to read through everything then decided to take them on a small little eye tour, rather than walk around. She didn't like the idea much of leaving the counter completely unattended, unless it was necessary, but if the interns really needed her to walk around then she would. "Alright. So this is the counter where people pay, obviously. On the wall behind me is the price list which you may use to make sure you are charging customers correctly." She pointed behind herself. "Then beside that is the door which leads to the back room. That's where special items are kept and that's where I do my admin. You may not go in there without asking me first and if I am in there you are free to knock and I will most likely allow you in." She then pointed towards the shelves. "In the middle are all sorts of various items, that's where you will stack stock. Try keep them the way they are because I have grouped them specifically. I will give you boxes to stack and on those boxes I will write in which isle the items belong. Then on the outer walls are the brooms, be very careful not to damage them, please. " She had no choice but to trust them both on that.
That was it then? She could wrap it up..or not. There was something she remembered. "If you are of age I don't mind you using magic to help you, but please make sure you know what you are doing first. I don't want chaos." Yet she understood mistakes happened sometimes. "Again, if you need anything, have any problems or anything please just ask. I'm really not scary." Not that she thought they'd think that, but who knew? "Any questions for now then?" About the instructions and all that. "If not then Alice you may do list 1 today and West list 2...Unless you both wish to swap. Have fun." With that she lifted up a heavy box from the floor beside her and placed it on the counter. "For stacking, and come get more when that's done. And cleaning equipment is right there. " She pointed beside the back door where there was a broom, cloth and other cleaning things.
All set then? She could resume on finding new stock to order? Quote:

I may ask you for the spare errand or favour here and there but otherwise I would like the two of you to stick to these two lists. I have made two lists so that the two of you can swap each day. One of you will do list 1 whilst the other does list 2 and then the next day you swap, unless you two discuss and wish to do your own same list every day. I will be assisting you in this as well as doing other important work such as stock keeping and so on, but I will be watching you both closely. I shall also remind you that if anything is missing, I do know my stock and money count very well and will indeed know so. Considering you are both student leaders I trust the two of you to not take anything or cause mischief, but if either of you do, I shall sort you out. This also works the other way around, I will most likely reward you for good work. Lastly you are to never be late for work, you will get an hour off for lunch and you will finish when the shop closes. You may decide when you want your lunch hour but you must tell me first as well as you must tell me what days suit you to work. If for whatever reason you cannot report to the shop you will have to let me know about that as well. I promise I don’t bite and I am more lenient than you think, just ask me of anything you need.
I hope you enjoy your internships and thank you for your assistance. Erica List 1 (Shelves and Displays)
The shelves and displays always have to be kept in order and you are in charge of doing so. This entails:- Unpacking new stock onto shelves and price tagging them. (Neatly please, I will check.)
- Helping customers around in the shelves and making sure that nobody is causing chaos.
- Keep checking on the displays so that they remain neat. (This includes the window display, which is most important)
List 2 (Cleaning and tellering )
The brooms must be in tip top condition, because who would want to buy a damaged broom? I also need the shop to look fairly decent at all times. This list entails:- Cleaning the shop which means sweeping the floors once or twice (if needed) a day, cleaning the shop windows and taking out the trash.
- You are to check that the brooms are in top condition and are polished as well.
- Once you are done cleaning you may assist me at the counter.
Ooc: These are all of course ic tasks, so go on and have fun with them. Whether you post them ic daily, weekly or however you want is up to you. If you have any questions or wish to request something feel free to have your characters ask Erica if it is IC or you can ask me too if you so wish. Otherwise I hope you enjoy your interning here and thank you.
