Jake had no idea what possessed him to let Anya talk him into coming here. It wasn't that he didn't like animals, but giving his wife have free range of the pet adoption probably wasn't his best idea.

At least it wasn't flying around, right? It wasn't so bad just... doing nothing. "...Okay." Really, he wasn't going to tell her she couldn't have what she wanted now, after he already said she could have her pick.
