Minerva had listened to the speech... but when the food had come she just looked at it. Hunger was not something she was feeling at that moment, nope. So she had still talked to her badgers and watched the staff table closely. Why.. WHY did Hadley have to sit next to Lafay now. She had been avoiding the majority of the professors for reasons. No reason to see disappointment until the very end right..

But this was the end it was time to say her goodbyes them. She slowly walked to the staff table with her head down, hands in front of her she fidgeted nervously. Heading towards Hadley first at the last minute she chickened out to go near Lafay and turned on her heel and headed to the Safer other end of the table. Giving small Hi's as she made her way to Tyner, whom she never really got to know, she stopped at Elwood, "Professor, thank you for everything. I hope you have a great summer." She eyed the turbin a little curiously but figured it wasn't her place to ask. Trying not to be nosy for once in her life and all. She then looked to Romanos and gave the woman a smile, "Thank you for everything professor, it's been great getting to learn from you and sorry about that last class again." Yes she jumped a little to much at Mischa, but she felt she wasn't in the wrong even still.

As she continued to head down the table she smiled at Fuller another she really didn't know all that well. Walking past Flamsteed She made her way down to Professor Botros "Hello Professor, I just wanted to stop and say thank you for the interesting lessons. I know it wasn't one of my best subjects, but I did learn a lot." Still a bit confused on it all, but she had learned from the man. Now heading behind the table and no she wasn't planning on sitting at any of their seats she went to Professor Flamsteed tears at her eyes and she stood next to him. "Professor, I.. umm just thought I'd come over and wish you a great summer and thank you again for everything and not being disappointed in me even after everything, and thank you for all you've done and I've enjoyed your classes." Finally taking a breath she gave the man a hug whether he liked it or not.

When she was done with the awkward moment that was her weird teacher/Student relationship with Flamsteed she forced herself down to the scary side of the professor table. Stopping in the middle "Headmistress thank you for all the opportunities this term, I hope I did alright with all of them." She thought she didn't do bad, but did she live up to the expectations that she should have, that she wasn't sure of. Giving a nod to the Groundskeeper another she really didn't know she noticed and empty chair. Where was Tillstorm. Well one less glare she assumed and smiled at Professor Bentley "Hello Professor, I hope you have a wonderful summer and thank you for everything." She really liked professor Bentley even if she disliked most of her plants. Giving small smiles to the next two, Dursley and Kitiridge, two more she didn't know all that well. She headed to the end giving a small smile to Hadley and a quick glance to Lafay before stopping at Bellaire "Professor, I just wanted to thank you again for the opportunity in that task. It was really fun and a great experience. Thank you so much for everything." She really liked the lady and hoped she did her proud.

Now taking a deep breath it was time for the two hardest things she was going to do at this table. Stand near Lafay and say goodbye to Hadley. Making her way near Lafay she glanced at the woman, "Thank you professor for the potions lessons.. I.. well.. I.. hope you have a nice summer." She kept eye contact to a minimum and then turned to Hadley "Thank you I don't think is enough, but thank you for everything you've done the last seven years." She gave the woman who really had been her mother figure all these terms a hug as the tears started all over again.
