Formality was weird, and since she knew she’d done her best, and she was sure Katrina, Alexa, Mo, and all the other Hogwarts representatives had too, she just wanted to be recognized. Hogwarts deserved to win, especially after everything they’d gone through over the past seven terms she’d been there. It would just be nice if somebody actually said that, instead of all the bad things that had been said before, in the papers and stuff.

Ooooooh. Hey, Kendall. Kat smiled at the Ravenclaw. "Hi," she greeted her. And she wasn't EXACTLY late, wasn't she? "Not really. Just that Beauxbatons got third place. We're still waiting for the other results." Kat tried not to snigger at that, because poor Frenchies. Besides, that would be mean and she didn't want the EBWE judges to take back whatever results Hogwarts got. Kat looked at the judges with that 'hurry up, maybe?' look. She wanted to hear Hogwarts win, okay?

Also, did Kendall have chocolate? Maybe eating something would make time look faster. Kat just couldn't wait to celebrate and then leave. Staying in this place with the Beauxbatons and Durmstrang students was getting annoying. It was a good thing that Gaston dude wasn't here. Kat didn't want to see HIM.
