"My parents raised me to respect the personal space of a lady. Which basically meant my sisters could hide in my hamper and terrorize me all they wanted, but I was never allowed within 5 feet of their bedrooms," Mo lifted Dora's feet enough to grab the top book, and then he was settled back on the couch again. "You don't nearly have that many rules. Name three." Dora!rules were 100 times more interesting than studying for OWLs.
Dora considered Mo's face and all that it could mean before dismissing it entirely. She still technically had most of the couch to herself, and a foot rest of sorts, so whatever he was thinking didn't much matter to her at the current moment.
"I like Vivi. I bet I'd like her twin too if they're anything alike personality wise." She tapped the tips of her oxfords together thoughtfully.
"Your parents clearly know a lady's space need not be invaded. Shame you're having trouble remembering that." She tapped her shoes again, this time against his chest, tsking.
She didn't bother reaching for her own abandoned book, instead using him as her own distraction.
"I could. One day. Still young and all. But three current ones... well, I'm always right. That's the first. It's probably the one you should write down actually. The second is don't touch me. I don't like physical contact of any-kind unless I first like you. And third, I'm completely and totally bribable so long as the offer is right." Dora held up one finger for each rule she listed, half looking at him and half glancing at her newly painted nails. Pretty.
