And they got tiring after a while, so silence had taken its cutesy little way with her.
Until now. Where she gathered some sort of fresh air would be good for her, and she supposed she could handle conversations with a few people. Choice people. Important people. Those she could actually stomach. Countable on fingers, even.
Skaaaaaaaaaates though! Whee. She would head over and get food in a little bit. Probably if a friend turned up with an appetite. Just sayin'. She sat herself down first, to put the ORANGE roller skates on her feet and started to tie the laces up.
Using the bunny method. Just like she'd been taught. BUNNY EARS BUNNY EARS PLAYING BY A TREE.
WELL! Did she not want an excuse to let go of a book?! Yes, she did. She's been seeing lots of books which would be a very good and reassuring thing had she been studying the entire time in which she made physical contact with a book. But who cared yeah? There was this cool event going on outside and she couldn't just NOT be there, could she? Pretty sure one or two were gonna wonder where she was. Or so she hoped.
Picking what to choose was one of the things that brightened her mood and lightened it up. Such a comforting thing to do. And it did take more time that her revising the properties of that last plant. Eeeh, who had time for that.
As she got to the event she saw that MANY were already there. Good, she liked seeing people. Her eyes swept around trying to decide where she wanted to go first. Hmm. Her eyes were drawn to the rink immediately. THAT would be fun right!? She could using some strength and doing physical activities. And so there she headed.
Cassia grabbed a pair of skates, purple ones. Now to put them on. WAS THAT ELODIE?! Yuup. Automatically, the snake headed over to the fellow fifth year and plopped down next to her. "
Hey, Elodie," she greeted her with a smile and her eyes looked around searching for Gemini immediately. Was the lazy cute cat around?
"
Do you have experience with this?" she asked curiously skipping the 'how are you' part. That was lame and she sort of expected the answer with the exams nearing. Let's not ruin the jolly atmosphere. And here's to hoping Elodie knew more about skating than Cassia did.
