It wouldn't surprise him if Nigel did that, but for some reason it was more amusing when Ves and Dora did it.
"You don't really mind. I'll win you over," Mo leaned over to let her remove her feet, patting his leg to indicate she could just lay them on his lap. No big deal, right? "I don't believe there's any 'supposed to' in the category of who sits on who. Are there rules I should know about?"
"Some things need to be filtered." Dora wiggled her feet more. It wasn't necessarily Mo who needed the filtering out, but it could be if he kept insisting that she didn't need an entire couch to herself. Dora needed everything to herself.
She rolled her eyes at him in good nature.
"Of course you think that." Her legs went right on his lap because it was okay, and they belonged on top always
anyway.
"There are always rules with me, Marcus Orion. And I prefer to do the sitting on. In case you didn't know," Which... he probably didn't.
"It's not exactly comfortable being sat on by a quidditch player." She wiggled her foot over at his stack of books.
"You should probably find some parchment to take notes on all of this. Way more important than whatever you planned on studying for." Obviously.
