"I'm sorry Mr. Undersecretary, that will be for another time." he said pointing at the paper airplane. "Those memos are for you, sir." he said looking worried. "I found them near the lift all piled up, the Minister's, your's, mine and any other employees who should've received their memos." he said which is kind of baffling and very weird. "Maybe we should run an investigation?" he ask, making an inquiry if that is the legal thing to do. Another time? That happened to be one of their major projects and it would have to be for another time? Gavin raised an eyebrow waiting for the man's much needed explanation. Whatever it was, needed to be more pressing than the task at hand or he would dismiss the man from his office. There was work to be done. This was no time for idleness. He looked to the memo's placed before him. Just as he'd thought but now he was wondering why. They were capable of flying themselves into his office, they'd done it nearly a hundred times already. There had to be more to this so he'd wait.
....
And good thing he did. "Are there more by the lifts?" His, the Minister's, other employees? That would set them back. Gavin pushed away from his desk, finally stacking all his papers back together and shoving them to the far corner. "It certainly is strange they'd all be lying around there. Perhaps looking into it would be best." While doubling as a waste of time that could have been spent on more productive matters.
It couldn't be helped. Memos that didn't fly where they were meant to were a problem. There was no where on the payroll for someone to solely deliver memo's and he wasn't about to waste his employees on such a menial task when magic had been doing the job the entire time. "Near the lifts you said?" He asked, heading to the door with the full expectation the man would follow suit.
