Near the food tent, but no so near that people will accidentally wander over, are several rows of white folding plastic chairs. The chairs are all facing an elaborately decorated, heavenly-scented, rose-covered podium and table. The table has three lumpy shapes on it but it is hard to make out what's on them, exactly, as they are currently being covered by a black table cloth.
