It was high time the ministry got its act together, they needed to exhibit a high level of professionalism and unity, things which had been lacking that a uniform could begin to instill in the mindset of her employees. "Well," she started, pausing to consider her words carefully. "Ideally, uniforms would need to be versatile... not restrictive in movement, not heavy, but not flimsy either.." what was the word she was looking for? "Durable!" that was the one. Durable. "I trust you can appreciate our need to be flexible and efficient when working between the office and the field." Because if not, then that would be problematic.

She assumed by the term uniform, that they were going for a head-to-toe ensemble, so there were other factors in play, other accessories if you will. "Then of course basic, sturdy boots and gloves are also essential."
