It would be awesome to hear how you get it going here.
Hi there and welcome!!
There are a couple ways that I found to get going; one, which was probably the most addicting part of the site - in my opinion - and what held me here so long: the expansive Wizarding RPG that we have here. Unfortunately, you just missed Ministry placement and School Sorting will be
next month, but there is still places to RP. Mostly meaning the
Diagon Alley RPG, where you could explore future characters and get a feel for them ... =). Bear in mind if you plan on playing a first year next term, then keep in mind their age and how they shouldn't be wandering the streets alone (i mean, would you let your 10 year old out alone?). At the same token, if they're older and will be transferring, shouldn't they be in school of some kind now?
Two: The
fan clubs. A place where you can discuss and fan over a variety of characters/actors/creatures and get to know others who share the same interests.
Three:
St Mungos. Our very own site chat thread where double posting is encouraged, as is silliness. Go wild, but keep it appropriate. Great place to get to know others too
There's also the
game forum, if that's your thing ....
Hope this helps and GOOD LUCK! Looking forward to seeing you around!
