It had only just occurred to her that this was going to be a new experience for Vic. The time they met in the pizza parlor, she hadn't been herself. She had uncharacteristically opted to avoid food... until of course he coerced her into having some - not that she had needed much convincing.

While Vic tracked down the wait staff, Emily added a couple of chicken kabobs to the plate, though ought to do it. For now.

After one last inspection of what the table had to offer, Emily turned back to see a Vic had not only managed to acquire them a drink, but a couple AND dessert. "Nice selection," she mused, casting an eye over the treats before leading the way to the seating area, "Yeah, c'mon..." she needed a seat which met her specifications. It was all about the vantage point. A corner would be ideal, close enough to an exit to have a means of escape, but far enough to not be disturbed by foot traffic.
