So no questioning her decisions. Reaching up to move the pan out of her eyes, Olly continued to watch Schuyler's every move. Yes. Good girl. She quite liked that the Gryffindor was doing exactly what she telling her to. Heh. She could get used to this.

A drinking glass? Olly considered it for a moment, thinking it probably wasn't exactly the right measurement but in the end decided that it didn't matter. Probably. They'd see. She could blame it on Schuyler though if the pancakes weren't any good. "Eggs." Scrambled. Fried. She grinned at the other girl, nudging her with her foot for absolutely no reason at all. Good thing the house elves were back. They would have lived on a not so healthy diet if they'd had to cook for themselves.

Nodding along Olly had started to look around the kitchen for something else to eat in the meantime. Also they needed something to eat WITH the pancakes. Hmm. "Hmm?" Her eyes went back to Schuyler. How much salt? Pfft. She'd been specific enough. She'd said..."No, wait!" Olly leaned over quickly to lightly slap Schuyler's hand to stop her from adding any more salt. "I said a little!" She had to listen to her! Olly had even got hold of Schuyler's hand to make sure she didn't add any more salt. The pancakes were probably ruined already. Oh well. She still got a small amused grin.

"Now, I guess you can just use a spoon to mix that." Since it was all quite powder-y. So far.

That was a very resounding and confident 'yes.' Well. If Olly said it needed salt, then her word MUST be law. She appeared very proud of her knowledge in making pancakes. Schuyler glanced over in time to catch Olly adjusting the pot that was falling over her forehead, which in turn brought a slight grin to her own face. Her eyes stayed on her a tad longer then shifted back to the task at hand: pancake making.

She moved on to the eggs as instructed. Hmm. Very gently, she tapped the egg against the rim of the bowl. Tap tap tap. Too gently, actually. It barely even fractured. She tried it with a bit more force and she got it after two taps. Then on to the next one. "You didn't answer my question," she added, tossing the shells in the garbage. Maybe Olly didn't want to admit that pancakes were the ONLY thing she could cook.

Whaaa-?! Suddenly Olly was swatting her hand like a fly, as if Schuyler had done something wrong. And according to the other girl, she had. Apparently. "Okay, okaaay!" She scoffed, before adding, "'A little' is a very relative phrase." With this last word, she had grabbed some of the flour from the jar and threw it in the Hufflepuff's general direction - even kept the grip on the other girl's one hand so that she couldn't shield herself much. What, Olly? Was that too much FLOUR for the Olly recipe?! She smirked slightly to herself, proud of her comeback action, as she went back to the bowl. A little.... pfft.

Now onto mixing.
