Blair completed taking down her notes and put her quill down. She was slightly apprehensive about practicing this charm. Ever since she was a child she had been scared of the sound of balloons popping. She knew it was stupid and irrational but she was scared all the same.
She pulled out her wand to first practice the movement. She looked down at her notes, okay whip-like wand movement. Blair forcefully whipped her wand back and forth a couple of times to get a feel for the movement.
