He gave his fellow Governor a fist bump in greeting. Why? It just seemed like the right thing to do. He then poured Sherman a cup and looked around. "Dunno. I don't see prices anywhere." He looked around again just to double check. "I think it's just... whatever?" Maybe?
He then dropped some galleons into the collection jar before slapping on a Hogwarts beanie. He then slid one over to Sherman. They had to match after all.
And now that his ears were nice and toasty, Carter nodded a greeting to the rest of the Governors. It was nice to see everyone here to support their students.
OH. Right. Carter brought up an excellent point - Nolan didn't see prices anywhere either. Huh. Well, in that case...
"I think it's just on a donation basis. Donate something, you get something," he said with a shrug. After all, it couldn't have cost THAT much to make these things, and it was all going towards Hogwarts regardless.
He smiled and dropped ten galleons in the jar and helped himself to one of the Hogwarts hoodies. Nolan DID some need some spirit wear of his alma mater!
