Canon dittany is seemingly a combination of dittany of Crete + false dittany, so that's what we're going with. Just wanted to make that clear for anyone who notices things 
So just in quick summary at this point, the field trip will consist of attempting to gather the three listed cores, and some Rowan wood. The current question is about what your character knows about harvesting wood for magical purposes, and about what they know about Rowans and magical Rowans.

Sorry this post took so long (it took me four hours to do O_O I'm out of practice) I'll start the next post in 4-6 hours. Adelaide couldn't help but smile and give herself a mental pat on the back. He had confirmed her assumptions AND he hadn't been AS grumpy about it. If he kept moving in this direction, maybe he would move from 'grumpy' status to 'happy'. That was her new goal. To make this grumpy man smile.
Addi quickly did as she was told. Besides, one could never have too much information stored away somewhere. She didn't know much about the things being mentioned. She couldn't help but be a little confused at some of the other students answers. They were going to have to talk to trees? How did that help with anything.
