Tobias raised his hand again, because he wasn't sure if anyone else had said the thing he'd thought of. He was, once again, tempted to mention those crocodile clips, but decided that they were more likely to be used by little kids. SO he had his other idea instead.

"What about like... wire strippers. You can use them to cut through the plastic-y rubbery insulator-y bit around the copper wire and pull it off, but they don't necessarily cut through the wire. Just 'cause you need to get the right length of wire to connect and like... wrap around the stuff in the circuit so it all flows."

Aw yis. Concentrating in primary science because there was shiny stuff and potential danger was turning out to be a good move.
