Minerva smiled at Kace's excitement. "I knew you could do it." He had done so well. That she was sure of. Now as he held the owl in his hands she pulled her wand. She felt the pressure of doing well in front of him. She was a seventh year and should be able to do this easy, right? No mistakes she hoped at least.
Nodding she smiled, "I'm ready.. Send it towards me." If she didn't do it well at least it was just a stuffed animal so it wouldn't hurt, not that she wasn't use to pain with bludgers and all.
Seeing the owl in the air Minerva lifted her wand. "Arresto Momentum" They Owl that was going quickly started to slow. Min smiled and watched it come closer in slow motion. Taking it from the air she smiled towards Kace. "Again with the Owl or would you like to try chocolate frogs?"
"Well i am pretty awesome aren't I?" he joked wit her. Kace could feel Minnie hesitating but he knew she could do it. She was a seventh year. She had much more experience than he did, that is for sure. But sometimes Belle would help him with the spells.
When Minnie said she was ready, he sent the owl towards her and he held his breath and she did it! WOOT! Kace beamed at her and saw the owl starting to quickly slow down.
"COOL we both did it! Nice work Minnie!" he said encouraging his partner.
"I think we should try chocolate frogs, why not have a little challenge." he said responding to her question.
"I think it would be fun!" He went over to get the chocolate frogs and was ready to practice.
"Alright hit me." he said to Minnie and then he saw her throw it and he said..."
Arresto Momentum!" and then he saw the little guy and flicked his wand and it STOPPED.
