Soon enough, it was Ryan's turn. Again. Taking a deep breath, he clutched his wand and took aim. Any second now, the water balloon would be hurtled his way and since he didn't want to be humiliated again, he was determined to get the spell right.

Suddenly, the balloon was lobbed at him. Ryan grasped his wand tightly in his right hand and sort of yelled the incantation.

"ARRESTO MOMENTUM!" He waved his wand and concentrated on slowing down the balloon, but mostly he just didn't want to get wet again. And before his very eyes, the balloon slowed down and then came to a complete halt. Cracking a huge smile, Ryan grabbed it and then threw it back at the professor, hoping he would catch it rather than allow it to pop. Delighted with his achievement, he gathered up his things and left the classroom, waving Professor Fuller goodbye.
