Water balloons? This would be fun! Memories of summer evenings and water balloon fights filled Blair's head as she waited in line. This charm would have been helpful to know then.
Finally it was Blair's turn. She had her wand at the ready as Professor Fuller launched the water balloon. Her eye's fixed on the balloon that was coming towards her at some speed, she waved her wand, "Arresto Momentum!" The balloon slowed, but not much.
SMACK!
Right in the face, Blair let out a little squeal and joined the back of the queue to try again. At least it slowed down she thought, halfway there. Next time just try not get hit! |
