Pierson paused and watched the students curiously. A few seconds later, he gave his wand a swish and the lights all herded together and disappeared out the open window. "What would you do? How would you stop it from breaking your face, whatever it was?"[/color]

Caleb let out a loud gasp when the tiny ball of light came towards his nose, and he pushed his seat back so fast he nearly toppled over. But he managed to stop himself (just barely) and just STARED at the ball of light that hung in the air in front of him.

After his heart started to slow down after it nearly EXPLODED due to shock, he raised his hand. "You'd deflect it, Professor. Probably with a shield charm," he said. At least, that's what HE would do.
