"Oh nothing really important I just wanted to introduce myself and...get to know my colleagues." She stared at him for a moment trying to read him, his beard look scratchy but that really didn't help in the terms of his personality. "Were you heading out? I could always come back later--?" She didn't want to come back later seeing as she was already here. She could easily tag along with him if he were going somewhere interesting. Don't mess up! "Heading out? I uh-No-I mean yes I was gonna go meet Flams-I mean Airey about something, but he can wait if you want to chat." Tiberius you were not a smooth operator. He looked at her then quickly moved his eyes to the chair she was sitting on...had she taken some fluff from it? There was some sticking out that wasn't there before. Ah NO MATTER it was a cheap chair that he could probably refill later. Calista could keep the fluff as something to remember him by.
Tiberius stepped aside, and gave the Divinations Professor a smile, "Please make yourself comfy." Quote:

She walked over to one of the chairs and traced her fingers along a tear. Hm. There was a few of them. She wondered why they looked like that. She removed the cushion and tipped the chair slightly so she could get a better look at it.
Yeah. This was totally something that could be fixed. Or reupholstered. Now it just looked like... ... something someone threw out. It would seem that each time he would try to escape his own office there was someone outside of it. Come on now, even he needed to have open space sometimes. However this one required his immediate attention. So he moved over to the other side of the slightly tipped chair. "Drop something underneath?" Tiberius quietly spoke in his shrieky kind of tone.
