Criiinge.
She could've ducked the event completely but there was one thing that caught her eye. A gigantic slide. Piles of mattresses. At the very least she should get up one of those and make like a insomniac princess.
Or maybe she should go be helpful and spread some youthful energy to those who need it. Like this older lady who she knew was the Herbology Professor.
She rounded the corner behind the mattresses and suddenly came onto the Professor's view "Hullo.... need any help Professor?" Dont forget the sweet smile.
Smiiiile
She was staring, eyeing all the sliding, and the mattresses. As a result of this she hadn't noticed that other people had gathered, not that it mattered, gathering was good. Blinking a few times and snapping out of her thoughts Seren peered sideways at the Ravenclaw.
"Oh.. thank you, I'm fine," she assured her,
"I think I might have a go at this though..." because she couldn't pass it up. Nope.
SPOILER!!: Kendall

Worst case scenario, she’d have to use magic to duplicate s’mores ingredients later, but first she’d decided to investigate everything else. Food could wait, except for the previously mentioned ubiquitous chocolate stash, while she explored what else she and her pillow pet could get into. Since once again she had a feeling Patrick was hiding somewhere for some reason she didn’t k now. It was annoying, but she’d look for him later. There was a mattress calling her name right now, and nobody was going to stop her from doing something awesome and ninja superhero-like.
Especially as one of the first people she’d seen as she neared the pile of mattresses was a professor. “Hey Professor Bentley! You’re going to go sliding too?,” she asked with a grin. That would definitely be awesome, and also proved that even the professors wouldn’t be against awesomeness. They’d likely had to approve the event, but that didn’t mean they had to actually join in on the fun stuff. Then she’d seen Katrina over by the captains she assumed were supposed to be running the slide and sent another grin over to her along with an excited hey, waving her pillow pet’s wings a little just because she could before she realized there was another familiar person by the Herbology professor. [i]Hmm,” she thought, sending a smile over to Huxley. Maybe she could talk her into eating some chocolate now, but she had to figure out how to. She wasn’t sure the girl had known she’d heard her tell her name to Professor Elwood at the feast, after all, so she had to decide how to address her first. Then the chocolate offer would happen.
It was a good thing she wasn't in the way or holding people up, seeing as Kendall managed to make it through the gathering to the mattresses.
"Absolutely!" she replied, confident in her decision now. It looked like fun, and it was something she could suggest to Aron later... this would totally be up his alley.
"You er, should go first," she added joining Kendall's side to get her own mattress.
SPOILER!!: Airey

Even the one that was still all mopey about Pebbles still missing.
Wiggling his toes in his Yoda slippers, Airey approached the mattresses and passed by the Herbology professor. "Good evening, Professor Bentley," he grinned as he began rummaging through mattresses with two overly critiquing eyes. Now....which one of these looked like it would cause the least amount of friction.
Or maybe he would just use Glisseo. Then he could REALLY go zooming down that slide. Heh.
Airey's presence was not a surprise, and it only added to the jovial atmosphere. This was definitely a good thing.
"Evening, Professor Flamsteed," she replied with equal professionalism. Though internally she was dying to elbow him out of the way and snag a mattress before him.
"Nice get-up you've got," she added, eyeing his sleepwear. He did sleep in these did he not?
Sidling up closer, Seren decided to snag a white one with purple polka dots, and so proceeded to pull it out of the pile.
