for Marigold The Last of Her Kind Adrienne didn't usually hang out near the kitchens, but she was on the first floor and there was no way she'd walk up seven flights of stairs just to have a quite place to read. So she plopped down on the hard stone floor of the corridor (sigh!) and opened a book. It was brand new from Flourish and Blotts, and she hadn't had a chance to start reading yet due to her preoccupation with classes and actually having a friend this year.
It was called Why I Didn't Die When the Augurey Cried, and sounded interesting enough. Adrienne smoothed the first page and then turned it over, ignoring the copyright as usual and starting Chapter One.
