She waved her wand, "Accio Bag." She hoped she had it in there still. It was a well beaten copy given to her from her dad. She caught her bag as it landed in her lap and dug through it. Pulling out the battered book wedged between her Arithmancy and Astronomy books she smiled. "If I let you hold this you can't have mud on your hands. Go rinse of in the lake."

She opened up the cover hoping he'd do what she asked. The pages were bent and worn and her favorite interesting facts highlighted and underlined. Yes, this would be great for him. For a few minutes anyway.
