Sock 2 Outdoor Bonfire

It's a cool evening for October. A full moon hangs heavy over the Forbidden Forest, and the stars are bright diamonds in the crisp night air. For those students and professors enjoying this term's prefect event, the weather is perfect bonfire weather. Take a break from the other activities and join your friends around the charmed fire. If you stay long enough, you may see the flames change colors.

Plenty of seats are available around the perimeter of the fire pit, including a few felled trees pulled out of the Forbidden Forest, a bench or two, and even a pile of blankets for those intrepid enough to sit on the ground. The fire is well fed and well maintained, so students shouldn't have to throw any logs on to keep it going.

And what would a bonfire be without food? On a table tucked back from the flames, students can find a variety of pajamajestic snacks: marshmallows, chocolate bars, and graham crackers for s'mores; hot dogs and buns; popcorn, both popped and unpopped; assorted finger foods like sandwiches, cookies, and pickles; and a seeming endless supply of hot chocolate and warm milk. Sharpened sticks rest against one end of the table, so be sure to grab one before heading back to the bonfire.
