Minerva had taken some time to get there. She wanted to be the first so she could fix her smudged make up and help her puffy eyes from crying, but she knew after stopping with Claudette that wasn't going to happen. She stood staring at the door. Honestly what was Hadley thinking... She should be in the back of the train like she had been since the very first time she had stepped onto this train. Had she ever been to the front compartments, once.. after a fight with Justin and Harvey, but that was it. Always the back.

She stared at the door a few more moments before forcing a big smile on her face. Well she had faked happy before, many terms she had faked being happy in front of friends and professors. She could do it again easily. No one would see through it they never did. Opening the door she didn't even wait to see who was there she just had the smile " "Hufflepuff prefect in the house! Let the party begin!!" She laughed and finally looked around.. "Kat Congrats on becoming Head Girl that's wonderful you are going to do awesome and Theo congrats to you as well." She turned to see Derry and smiled she had a little tiff with her last term, but water under the bridge now wasn't it. " Congrats Derry.. Good luck this term."

Turning again the claws were here well two out of three anyway. Her eyes stopped on Beezus and she took a breath to control the urge to hug the girl knowing she was probably feeling the same way Minerva was inside at the moment. "Hey Beezus how was your summer?" Focusing on anything else she turned, "Nigel.. You have some pretty big shoes to fill. I hear last years prefect was fantastic and his smart thoughts helped Lafay realize about that ice cream." Okay she should have avoided any Ethan talk. She did that to herself, but forced the fake smile more. "Of course I might be just a little bias since I love him so much. I know you will do an amazing job, congrats."

She finally set eyes on one of her closest friends. "KITTY" She hurried over to him and put him into a big hug. She needed hugs. She needed hugs and a moment to pull herself together. She stopped hugging him and moved to the corner spot next to him. Clutching her teddy bear like a small child she looked around the compartment wondering where Ella was and any of the lions, oh and the Claw Captain she wondered who that was this term.
