At least the 'she' who opened it wasn't one of the 'shes' who he was avoiding. Still, someone was disturbing his peace and ruining his solitude, so Aidan glared at them.

And surveyed them some. Young. Peppy. Nothing to indicate House on their body. First year? "Prefect's compartment's down some." They're who she was looking for, right? She needed help or something? In any case, they're who she should bother and leave him alone.
