Was Brinlee asleep? Of course she was. Apparently three year old's were all for sleeping whenever a buggy was provided. Tam had intended to come into Diagon Alley to check up on Elodie, but plans had changed when the boyfriend had mentioned fun things going on. Fun things were fun, and boyfriends were fun, and her son was ALL for seeing his new best friend. (Which totally made this relationship work easier with Roo's approval and all.)

Pushing her youngest along, Tam leaned on the handles and grinned over (and up) at Dex. "Looks like the kids can have fun here and stop pestering uuuuus." And she could get time to stand with hiiiim.

Being away for most of the summer was probably her worst decision in the universe.

Tugging on ~~Daddy~~ Dex's arm, Rooney grinned. "Mummy said we could go play if we were good, right?" He wanted to talk to Loppy WITHOUT the grown ups. Loppy was his favourite, and Loppy was cool. AND Loppy didn't think his bow tie was weird. He wasn't wearing one today though. Instead he had a a space t-shirt on. He liked space.

The almost-six year old shot big eyes at his mother and then at her boyfriend and then back at his mother. COME ON LOOK IT LOOKED LIKE FUN!

............. "Mummy! Mummy!!!! LOOK. Finger painting!!!!" Surely he was allowed to finger paint now that he was a famous show star and all. FAMOUS. ~~Not yet, but he'd learned French so his role was going to be amazing.~~
