The Gryffindor looked at her feet then at Landon. "I'm not a rebel and they do not. They were perfectly nice shoes and made me about your height." She liked being taller. The whole view of the world was different from a few inches higher. Melanie looked at the hat then thought about it for a second. "Yes, it was definitely the green one, that one was a really nice hat too," she said nodding her head and watched as Landon took off his beanie. It really was a nice hat. Melanie was surprised though when he put the hat on her. She grinned and blushed just a little. "What face? I don't have a particular face. Thanks Landon." Melanie readjusted her hat just a little, enjoying the way it felt. It was so warm and nice. Melanie liked it.

Which guy? Amused, Melanie watched Landon tap a guy on the shoulder and covered her mouth, trying not to burst out laughing when she saw the guy's confused look. "Oh I think I know that guy. He might go to Hogwarts," Melanie said as seriously as she could before bursting out laughing. So the present wasn't for the dude? Melanie had figured that much out but she wasn't sure why she was getting a present. She took the bag and looked inside it smiling. "What's the occasion?" Melanie asked, taking out the teddy bear and squishing it's tummy. Oh.

It was soft. And there was a sweater in there too! Melanie was grinning as she touched the sweater. Oh, that felt really soft and nice too. Sadly, it was a bit too warm now to wear it.

"Landon, this is really nice. It's so cute!" Melanie squished the teddy bear again. "What do I name him?!"

Landon rolled his eyes. If anyone was going to do that now, it would be Melanie. Unless Ryan all of a sudden got the idea to do it, which he doubted he would. Heh. Boo. She still was putting Hufflepuffs before him? "I'll take that for now, but one of these days you'll admit that my hugs are better." He nodded, then laughed as she tried to make him smile.

He returned to his normal stature and looked back down at her feet again. How could girls wear those horrid things though? "But I like it when you're shorter than me. Your normal height. Nothing is wrong with your normal height and anyways, it's easier to cuddle girls who are shorter." He blushed, walking over to one of the shelves and picking up one of the random toys. He did have a lot of beanies and hats though. It was kind of his other obsessions next to oreos. "Of course you don't have a particular face." He winked at her as she fixed his hat on her head.

Landon laughed along with Melanie as the guy turned back around. Oh how he loved to prank people and this was definitely the place for it. That was for sure. He set down the toy and watched as she took out the gifts he had gotten for her. So what was the occasion? "Well uh...no occasion. I thought I'd just give you a gift." He shrugged. He smiled as she seemed to like the gifts that he had gotten her.

So what should she name the bear? "You should name him Landon and then I'll always be there when you're at Hogwarts." He laughed.
